Learning about School Principal Training in Latin America & Caribbean

In this short video, Melissa Adelman, Senior Economist at the World Bank’s Education Global Practice, talks about her experience implementing a knowledge exchange among eight countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. This exchange helped Dominican Republic and Guatemala strengthen their capacity and technical knowledge to professionally develop school principals and school leaders with a view to creating an enabling learning environment which helps improve student performance.
