Results Stories of Knowledge Exchanges involving Mexico
Mexico is a long-standing promoter and practitioner of South-South Cooperation. The International Conference on Financing for Development, held in Mexico in 2002, also specifically encouraged South-South cooperation. Mexico is one of the founding members of the South-South Facility, contributing US$280,000 in 2008. Over the past ten years, Mexico participated in 18 SSF-funded knowledge exchanges, mostly as knowledge provider. Mexico shared valuable lessons with countries from Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia and Africa.
